Incorporated Jan 2021, Invicta Diagnostic (trading as PC Diagnostics) operates pathology & radiology services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region through a hub-and-spoke model: flagship hub in Thane West (advanced radiology & pathology), three additional hubs and three spoke centres for sample collection/basic imaging. Services include routine and specialised pathology tests, advanced radiology (MRI, PET CT), teleradiology and home sample collection.
As of Oct 31, 2025 the company employed 157 permanent staff and operates 7 diagnostic centres with a central lab.
